UN Security Council Consolidated List
The United Nations Security Council Consolidated List names all individuals and entities subject to measures imposed by the Security Council. Keyless XML, HTML and PDF versions include names, aliases, permanent reference numbers, listing dates, sanctions regimes and available identity or address fields.
Coverage
The list combines names from the Security Council sanctions committees and identifies the measures and related committee for each listed name. The current publication supersedes previous versions, and the UN issues a press release after changes to a sanctions list. Some identity fields are unavailable and appear as "na".
Verdict
This is an official sanctions signal for screening named individuals and entities against measures imposed by the UN Security Council. Entries span separate sanctions regimes, so inclusion does not mean that every name is subject to the same criteria or measures. Identity information can be incomplete, and the current list supersedes prior versions when changes are published. The UN website terms limit downloaded materials to personal, non-commercial use and prohibit resale, redistribution, compilation and derivative works.
